Appearance: He wears the base Akatsuki clothing but underneath that he wears white clothing. He has purple eyes that turn sky-blue towards the middle of the eye and medium-length, spiked-up hair. He is quite slim but muscular. He’s always wearing a mask that covers his entire face from view.

Attacks: Shikkane has the ability to manipulate and combine elements to cause destructive power, these powers where given to him by the great lord. Shikkane can also teleport and also has the power of being able to cast a tattoo on a person’s body and manipulating it to cause harm or keep and eye on the person, but, he also has one on his back, given to him by the lord for divine purpose.

Biography: Shikkane was an infamous Ex-Nin who was rarely perused because of his great strength and blood-curdling reputation, when Pain destroyed Konohagakure (Shikkane was a child) Shikkane was shocked by his strength and recognised Pain as his goal, who he must be stronger than. 20 years later, after the end of Akatsuki, Pain was approached by the Lord who asked him to restart Akatsuki and make it even greater than before.
