One question: does the RPG place have to be related to the anime? Like an Akatuski hideout only Naruto characters could do, the Sereteti only Bleach characters could do, etc.

Nope, I have no reservations with Ichigo being in Akatsuki as long as Shikkane (Yes, I know he's my character) accepts him.

Though, it would be completely out of character for him so it wouldn't really be allowed.

Sorry about that, Keiko Neisan has been very busy recently and without her a lot of RP stories have died, we're really just waiting for her to come back....if you want to get in on a good story I would ask Ely and AnimePrincess, I'm sure they'd be happy to have someone else to RP with.
