Jaruka nods and closes his eyes
Yet at the same time it makes you stronger, no one to hold you back, no one to worry about you or for you to worry about them, this isn't like in books, I wont suddenly gain the strength I need just through fear of losing others
He sits back up and looks out across the lake, turning his head to Kei, smiling slightly
but for some people they have no choice, I lost everyone, it's that pain and hatred that keeps me fighting, keeps me destroying....your motivation may be fighting for Haruka but mine is different, mine is fighting for myself, fighting to destroy all those who would cause me harm...

what about those that want to be close to you?......will you just shut them out?
she tilts her head and fidgets to get comfortable

Jaruka nods his head slowly
It only leads to bad things.....It happens to everyone, having any contact with people instantly puts both parties at risk

kei sighs and rolls her eyes
cut the crap...if you truely believed that you wouldn't of offered to train Haru...and she loves you to bits....get use to it

Jaruka closes his eyes and stands up
Then, I think the expression is "cut off the arm before it infects the body"

Kei closes her eyes
so thats it?....your just going to shut her out, your the one person she believed in and your just going to cut her off

Jaruka stops, his back now facing Kei, he nods solemnly, hanging his head slightly

Kei shakes her head
you promised to train her and watch over her....I didn't think you were the type to go back on your word... obviously I was wrong
she turns back to the lake and lays down, staring at the water

Jaruka shrugs and pulls his sword tight against his body, preparing to leave
I am watching out for her

no your not....your distroying her, just being here gives her strength....leave if you want but she'll never forgive you and the damage you will cause will never be repaired
she continues to stare at the water

Jaruka closes his eyes as he disappears
She'll be fine

Kei sighs heavily and closes her eyes, resting her chin on her paws
(it's so sad that he feels that way)

Saiyou stirs, holding Haruka a little tighter as he sleeps.

Haru fidgets burying her head in his shoulder but remained asleep

A few minutes later Saiyou's eyes flicker as he starts to wake, groaning he rolls onto his back, letting go of Haruka.

Haru doesn't move and remains asleep, breathing softly

Saiyou wakes up and smiles at Haruka, slowly letting go of her and sitting up, rubbing his eyes with his hands and yawning quietly.

Haru remains asleep but fidgets and mumbles something incoeherant

Saiyou looks at Kei and smiles, rolling his eyes as he looks back at Haruka.

Kei looks over at Saiyou and laughs
shes cute like that isn't she

Saiyou laughs quietly and stands up, sitting next to Kei.
*I see that Jaruka left...*

Kei nods
yes he's being an ass again...found out that Haru was becoming attached to him so he ran off

Saiyou stops and shrugs, placing his hands on the ground so he can lean back on them
Oh, it's to be expected though

Kei sighs shakes her head
I just don't get him....he finds out someone is relying on him for moral support and he legs it

Saiyou nods and looks at Kei solemnly
He was brought up that way, it's not his fault...
