What programs do you use to edit various pictures? Does it cost money or is it free to use? Discuss here.

I use Picnik.. it's not really the best program.. but I use it to quickly edit my personal photos. Just to touch it up a bit. I've been looking for better programs, however. xP

Photoshop and Gimp are the best to use.

Gimp is freeware but you have to pay for Photoshop

Yeah and GIMP is open source too. I figured I'd add that.

I use Adobe photoshop at school =p
