The Lake by the Waterfall

The Lake by the Waterfall



The
waterfall is fed by the Great river and at the base of it is an
extremely deep lake of blue water that fades into black the deeper it
gets.
there are fish and other creatures here. Nymphs and sprites have also been seen on rare occassions

Kei looks around then over at Jaruka suddenly feeling exposed she transformed back into the tiger and goes over to him.
Jaruka....are you ok?

Jaruka nods, looking up revealing his bleeding nose
F...Fine

Kei moves quickly over to her clothes then back to Jaruka with her shirt in her mouth
use this

Jaruka wipes his nose with her shirt, getting blood all over it
I'll be fine, just a stupid bit of bleeding

Kei tilts her head and watches him closely
why did you do that?

Jaruka closes his eyes
You never got revenge...

Kei looks a little taken aback
you did that for me?

Jaruka nods and smiles slightly, talking slowly
Thought it'd stop your whining

Kei narrows her eyes slightly, then playfully taps his shoulder with her paw
(thanks)

Jaruka sits up and smiles
Where'd those damned kids get to(?)

Kei looks a little concerned
they have been gone a long time....do you think they are ok?

Jaruka nods
Saiyou can look after her

Kei looks over at Jaruka
I hope so...he seemed kinda psycotic when I saw him last....I guess he could of been having a bad day

Jaruka laughs and sits back on his ankles
Haruka will be fine, Saiyou was always a sucker for a pretty face

Kei pulls a face
that does nothing for my nerves....she is very nieve remember

Jaruka laughs slightly
What are you implying Saiyou might do?

Kei looks away slightly
I'm just saying Haru is very inexperienced and wouldn't necessarily know when she's being taken advantage of.....and that's with anyone not just Saiyou

Jaruka nods and closes his eyes slightly
Which is why I'm here to help protect her, just like you.

Kei nods
I guess two sets of eyes are better than one

Saiyou and Haruka appear a few feet away from Jaruka and Kei, still holding hands.

haru looks up at Saiyou and smiles sweetly, still staying close.

Kei looks relieved that they were both back in one piece

Saiyou smiles down at Haruka, forgetting Kei and Jaruka were there.

Jaruka leans back and he rolls his eyes, returning his eyes to the lake.

Haru keeps hold of Saiyou's hand but looks over to Kei and Jaruka, she smiles happily and waves

Saiyou lets go of Haruka's hand and steps back, looking at Kei.
