What's your favourite book and why?
Mine would be Lord Loss by Darren Shan, an amazing book, disgusting at times but Shan really conveys a feeling of distress and emotion through his characters.

I need some suggestions =]
One day I shall read books like Half a Yellow Sun and Enduring Love.
I really want to read more Thomas Harding books.
I still haven't finished tess of the d'ubervilles xD I love that BBC adaptation.

but i think the story with the guy who wants to stay young forever using that painting is pretty cool

I'm more into romantic drama comedy books or fantasy magical books because it captivates my mind. I like being in someone else's shoes. I don't really like those diary kind of books though or the kind that makes you switch Point of Views or characters in different chapters.

Slightly off topic but does anyone watch University Challenge? [British people]
It was so funny, they asked about a thomas hardy book and the only book (I'd read half of) was Tess of the D'ubervilles. And I was right!
